@@alyciajones5809 I agree. My momma never puts cheese on our food also don't bake a lot. She makes stews of different kind. Cheese is only used in some certain food and occasion. But I guess this is American culinary afterall lol and we have Southeast Asian cuisines.

I have yet to come across a video that actually cooks the meat, then takes it out to drain all that grease out, then putting it back in to add the spices etc. Why would you add spices and such without draining your meat first? You can get close to a half a bowl of grease after it's drained, and if cooked properly, it won't dry out.

NOTE: Not all cheese, not even all cheddars, melt evenly and mix with the beer. You have to look up what the tricks are to getting it to work, or you might end up with a thin beer cheese broth with little chewy chunks of milk protein that seperated out of the cheese in the bottom.

I do really enjoy McDonalds fries, chicken nuggets and chicken sandwhiches. They do have pretty good mcgriddles. Very good for a quick pick me up. I love their shamrock shakes too those are amazing. Oh crap........now I have a trip to make.😁🙄

Poutine is with gravy and cheese curds, the video was nacho fries. Although I agree poutine is better. Everyone knows though mc Donald's fries are meant to have right away and with ketchup. Other places like swiss chalet or Harvey's make good poutines.
