Ingredients

For the whipped cream and others
A glass of cold milk
A bag of whipped cream powder

Preparation
First, we prepare the custard. put milk, sugar, flour, starch in a small saucepan, mix it with a whisk. cook the custard and leave it to cool for the cake.
We crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, whisk it for 3 minutes at the highest speed of the mixer. put the flour, baking powder, vanilla into the strainer, sift them and mix them all with the mixer. pour it on the baking tray covered with greaseproof paper as I show in the video. spread it evenly with the help of a spatula, and bake for 9 minutes in a preheated 190-degree oven. Then take it out of the oven. After the first cooling period, cover a piece of greaseproof paper on it, let's wait a little bit, turn it upside down and rest it again for 5 minutes. and then separate the cake from the greaseproof paper. next let's run the mixer cream with our whipped cream, which has cooled down, let's put a spoon on it first, let's check the consistency if it's hard, add another spoon. We can put our whipped cream all over our cake, then we put half or whole banana and wrap it carefully, we cover it with cling film and keep it in the fridge for 3 hours. After we take it from the fridge, let's put whipped cream on our cake. We make the sifted chocolate into a wax paper cone, fill it and squeeze it on the cake. You can decorate the pistachio Blackcurrant with whatever you like, slice it and it is ready to serve. Enjoy
