i love seeing women in science doing feminine things like getting their hair done and being taken 100% seriously. like oftentimes if a woman who founds a company is wearing something slightly feminine then they’ll be looked down on or not really viewed as professional as someone else... but over here we see someone engaged in getting hair styled by someone else and still given deserving respect. love this!

I have 90% 3b hair and use all types of silicones and I do not have any adverse changes. I clarify every month or so. It's not the curl pattern that matters with something weighing a curl down, it's the texture and porosity of your hair. Curl pattern doesn't matter. I say this because I have 3b hair and silicones work beautifully on my hair and my hair is healthy and she said they don't work well on her hair because she has 3b hair.

You girls are stunning! I follow both you and Merian for my hair. I have used bounce curl for almost two years now. Before I started using it I would use a leave in conditioner which worked but weighed my hair down, however, gel was never strong enough. When I found bounce curl, the only product was the gel. I was skeptical about it from past experiences with other gels. I found that it worked pretty well with my hair with a leave in conditioner I had tried it by itself, but I had to use so much to get it to hold. Now I use the shampoo/conditioner and the gel. I love bounce curl and I'm always recommending it to everyone! I started to undergo a hair transformation but feel like I've plateaued. There is more definition in my hair than when I started but it is still very dry and frizzy. I have waist length, 3a-3b hair with medium thickness. I have tried diffusing my hair and it usually frizzes more than air drying. Do you have any recommendations on what I could do that could help with my healthy hair journey? Also, Something I have been told to do numerous times is to be a social media influencer (instagram/youtube). I would love to, butI don't know how to get started and I don't want to end up embarrassing myself. I would like to do what you, Merian, Bricia, etc. do with vlogging about curly hair and makeup. Do you have any tips?
