Stayed in the Meatpacking District a couple of years ago, I stayed in a quirky hotel called The Jane. It is very old and historic, they actually took some of the Titanic survivors to stay there back in the day. Also nearby is The Whitney museum which is fantastic. I live in London, so watching your NYC videos brings back happy memories of my holidays in the city!

Nice video, but you should identify the neighborhoods by the streets and avenues they encompass. You could outline on a map before you start your tour.

Heyho! Tal! 248th view, 31st like and 24th comment! Great video per usual, quite a variety of areas today. With your love of the wilderness and nature the quiet dock and water must be the closest you can find in NYC. Are you going to do Central Park? I wonder if it has peaceful places as well? So good to see you! ❤️😃

Really enjoying this series and this was current favourite. Some interesting buildings in Chelsea neighbourhood that looked residential and the pier looked like it would be a real tourist trap in the summer.

It’s not a subway platform when it’s in the air it’s a train trestle which ran 10th Ave., right past my grandparents apartment. My grandfather was a yard master in the Hudson yards living at the building at 508 W. 29th St., his entire life I remember sitting at the window and driving the train over the Trussell of 10th Ave., and we would run to see that our grandfather was about to park the train and walk home where we waited his arrival

@@TheTravelingClatt Pah! No way, scratch the surface & it is a putrid display of ignorance. Both characters pictured were completely 100% fake presentations of the paragon of virtue in totally faux narratives. I'd tag it with paintballs in a medeival style iconoclastic rage if i could. It's equivalency could be Jim Jones on the left & Hitler on the right.

I like you video series! I will mention though that you missed he entirety of 9th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, and 8th Avenue in Chelsea - the two Gay Main Streets in NYC. As well as Restaurant Row in HK. They're both residential areas with some of the best restaurants and nightlife in NYC, particularly for the LGBTQ population! Worth a mention!

The high line was an elevated railway line not a subway. The elevated trains or L trains run above the ground. The subway trains run in tunnels underground. Ask a New Yorker if you don’t know these nuances about nyc. 😂
