I'm seeing so much negativity online and I get it after the Burnley game, but in those final 10 minutes every player wearing blue on that pitch were playing for the badge, and we haven't seen that much this season. Also not enough credit is going to Noni and Carney for coming on and being non stop attacking till the very end. Yes there are things we need to improve upon before Sheff Utd and other upcoming fixtures, there is always new things every week that we see that needs fixing because that's the way Chelsea is at the moment unfortunately - but my god if we can win what 6 or 7 more games now, and give Spurs and Arsenal a really good go, this season is salvageable. We need that Europe Competition next year, we need that Jordan Brand Sponorship next year, we need big names wanting to come revive Chelsea with the stars we already have here. I'll tell ypu one thing, if we finally beat Man City when it counts in the FA Cup Semis, that Man United final at Wembley will be so much more exciting now after this performance. Hope you enjoyed the game Joey, wish I could have been there myself because this game was the highlight of the season so far for me.

It looked like after Palmers last goal, he went over and celebrated with Pochettino; if that’s true (if someone else saw it, let me know), he still has the dressing room. These issues can be sorted out by him! The whole Potter comparison is really crap I think. Potter was impressive in the start of the season but that was it. Once he started losing he didn’t know how to handle it versus Poch, yes has been inconsistent but has been able to handle the pressure really well I think.

The problem with us this season is after a positive result we don't then capitalize in the next game. We really need some consistency at this crucial time and it wouldn't surprise me if we lose that game in hand because that's how its been this year. I feel a bit sorry for Poch, the team is young and the amount of injuries and silly mistakes have hampered us. It was always going to take time. People have unrealistic expectations and the truth is we are not a top 4 team anymore. This young side need to develop and most of them are new to the league. The responsibility should rest with the owners for taking us in this direction. The coach should at least be given next season to improve, it doesn't happen overnight. 💙

main defensive issue i found watchhing the game was that the fullback system didnt work with both cucu and gusto in those positions because of how heavily attacking they are. both of them pushing up high put too much pressure on the slow footed disasi and mistake prone badiashille, i think a 5 atb with cucu and gusto would work alot better than a 4

If we keep playing Mudryk, palmer on the wings and maybe bring Carney in at the No 10 spot or nunkuku then yeah we will get european football next year. I like conor and he needs to stay but he isnt a 10, he doesnt drive forward enough he passes back and sideways more than he passes forward. So enzo caicedo snd Carney as our 3 Mid and mudryk palmer snd jackson up top, we can open teams up with that team. The bridge was bouncing at the end last night.
