Tuchel has character, hunger to win ,passion of which he passes to his players there by them understanding & perform brilliantly. He is one of Chelsea's best top 4 coaches ever, a better tactician to many coaches. I would have kept him on another loan but concedering our players his play time will be little to none . Kepa, Hakim, Broja, Lukaku can all be sold then we can possibly add only 2 players on this window. Thus one experienced defender to replace Silva though l would have suggested Chelsea to keep Silva for another season & nature these young defenders we already have & also avoid FFP rules . One experienced striker then we will see how it goes first half of the season who needs to be sold who's to stay .

Things and conditions are not the same. Thomas Tuchel's time at Chelsea has passed. He doesn't like working with youth, get this and forget about him. Mr Ruben Amorin is perfectly cut out of this position. Period.
