I am sorry ,but this year noble prize is not given in organometallics instead it is given for assymetric organocatalysis(there is no metal in the catalyst-a new field)

Sorry but this isn't a proper question, as he have said before there's many subtopics to work on a particular topic and the person should be all rounder, so you have got your syllabus go through it once again and select your interest and search for it, might helps finding you a topic related to your studies
