Sir I have done my bsc in 2021, and i was in teaching feild since my 12th std.... currently I'm working with a coaching institute with 30k salary..... So can you help me with the confusion that should i continue the job or should i complete my msc then bed .... Like if i go to complete my education I'll lost my job and I'll have to start from the beginning for any job and if i choose to continue the job then what if i lost this job because of not having bed and msc degree ...what should i do sir ?

I also wanted to become a teacher but some things bother me, like impact of e-learning etc. Sir youtube par agar koi teacher bht famous hai jo physics padhata hai aur har saal bht sari selections deta hai kisi exam mai, to agar koi naya teacher wahi physics padhana chahe to students purane wale par hi trust kare ge. Sir, online ki waja se to phr problem b hosakti hai, kyuki bht kam log honge jo dominate kare ge, baqi to reh jaye ge. Sir aap plz iss par thoda bataye, kyuki aap ne to apni mehnat se iss naye system mai kadam rakha so aap ko shayad iss k future ko le kar kuch andaza aaya hoga. Naye logo par iss ka kya impact hoga. Mujhe ek Nursery Teacher banna hain par yeh nahi pata ki uske liye educational requirements kya hain? Kya aap plz mujhe bata sakte hain? Agar main 1 saal ka Nursery teacher Training course ( NTT) karu 12th ke baad toh kya main Nursery Teacher Ban jaungi? Pehle toh NTT 2 saal ka hota tha par ab ek saal ka hain toh kya 1 saal ke diploma se hi nursery teacher ban sakte hain kyunki maine suna hain 2 saal ka NTT jaruri hain par 2 saal ka NTT toh ab colleges offer hi nahi karte. Sabhi ek saal ka hi diploma offer karte hain. Similar course hain NPTT. Please bataye ki inn courses ko karne ke baad main as a Nursery Teacher kaam kar sakti hu Yaa phir uske liye Aur koi educational requirements hoti? Kya aap plz bata sakte hain ki Nursery teacher banne ke liye kya education requirements hain? Aur ek question hain ki kya Nursery teacher banne ke liye Government exam dena padhta hain?
