On one of my walks earlier this year, I found a wonderful piece of sarcasm from a wife to her husband: Here lies the picture of of Dorian Gray. A very forthright lady for the turn of the century. A nice piece of time.

I've seen buried elsewhere in this cemetery on a CWGC stone.

How could any person who gave their life for their country be accidently or otherwise buried in a paupers grave? That is shameful.
