I'm Canadian...In 2013....I had bought few propertys in WestPalmBeach FL...paid $45 000 cash each.....1200sq...2bed 2 bath (2) floor building (5) lake,,,amazing place 2022 similar property sold fo $285 000 each.....thank's to NewYorker migration.... I have my IRS social number to declare revenu....keep the US fund......pay the difference in tax in Canada Very simple to do......

Great show and great topic. I am still unclear as to the 2 partners for the US based LP... 1) I am the limited partner, 2) who is the general partner? Do you need to setup a US C corps as the general partner or a Canadian Corp as the general partner?
