a checkers piece could have moved to f8 and then either moved to g7 or captured the pawn, then the checkers could play waiting moves to put white into zugzwang and eat all the pawns, also some of the checkers should have blockaded pawns

Checkers can move and kill only diagonaly soo if king will move horizontaly he will never lose, worst case scenario is stalemate XDD
