Really interesting to visually see the difference between a classic vs open physique lifter. Iain always had at least one or more plates than Chris. Just a good visualization of the difference between the two classes. Even though realistically strength doesn’t equate to growth I still find it very cool.

Probably the only time Chris feels small is around Ian. They're both beasts though xD

I'm a proud Canadian, and I've been following Chris and Regan Grimes since before they were pros! I gotta say that Chris Bumstead despite being 2 x Mr. O is so freaking impressive...for at his level to be able to add that much size to his arms is nothing short of amazing! Both Chris and Regan have that 1 weakness of disproportional arms, but Chris has been able to drastically improve his...I wish Regan would add an extra arm day too, or drink the same cool aid as Chris has been drinking! I see both of these guys as the future of Canadian bodybuilder...I mean CBum is already there and will have a long reign I'm sure, we just need to get Regan up to speed, and all he needs are bigger arms and we can have 2 Canadian Mr. O's in 2 different divisions!!
