Definitely love the creativity of the different types of excersizes for the different muscle groups. I like adding close-out excersizes at the end to finish and fatigue the muscle group for the day and these here are some good ones for chest that I will make good use of.

Sitting in a chair upright: elbows to the sides, one 20lb dumbbell in hands each end should rest in each palm of hands. Extending downward and away from the body then back up in a circle motion clockwise and then counter clockwise. 4x6 set ..... Really want your opinion

No one does Flys with the same weight they press.. you must always lower the weight ... he was bench pressing 50, when he wanted to do the Flys he used 30.
