Best website for fitness 👌 It's been 17 days since I began training with you. I tried doing those poses you do after every workout (I even took a video🤭). Results so far? Bigger arms - biceps, triceps and my lower arm. When I took a video of my back and was flexing it, I saw some lines that weren't there before. ☺️🔥😂 Here's what I've done since Monday, 31st July (each day is based on a video you made on the area of focus): Mondays - lats (those awesome wings ;)) Tuesdays - chest Wednesdays - back Thursdays - abs Fridays - trapezius (upper neck and upper back) Saturdays - Shoulders And then for REST on Sunday, I do the lower half of my body Edit: If there is a better order of the dates, please let me know 😂😂😂
