You don't need to have a bunch of weight/muscle to play the game of Basketball, especially nowadays. It's not like he has to guard a bunch of Karl Malone's, Shaq's, Olajuwon's, Moses Malone's, Ewing's, Mourning's or David Robinson's out there. All those guys were huge and muscular. Nowadays all the big men he'll be guarding are scrawny like Rudy Gobert and KD.

@@ohdontchaknow Yes, a frame like KD. KD couldn't bench press 185 pounds, but he was dropping 25.8 a game in collrge because he is 6'10" with extraordinary skills. Now, he an NBA champion because he went to a great team. His stats in the NBA at 27.1 PPG, 7.1 RPG career after 14 seasons. Basketball isn't the way it used to be. It's not street ball, but is focused more on the outside game because it gets more money if guys can travel but drain a long distance three pointer. Pete Maravich would've loved it and Chamberlain would've hated it.

This guy is 7 feet tall and can pass, dribble, shoot and play defense. He does it all. He isn't that strong but doesn't need to be in today's NBA. He is so young that he will get stronger any way.

He is a decent rim protector and honestly has pretty nice form on his shot. He just needs to put on some weight and develop some consistency. He’s no Chet, but if he can put it together, he’s got the potential to be special

What absolutely baffles me is the fact that his physical strength absolutely belies his frame. I have played against these lanky kids and they usually lack acceleration and physical force. They simply collapse on impact with a physical, more heavy set opponent. He does not. He is not being pushed around, he holds his ground even against players with lower centres of gravity. Where does he generates the strength from?

Chet has the best skillset for the rockets. He plays unselfish and doesnt need to score to be involved. Him and wood would be a good fit as they can play well against big and small line ups. Banchero and wood are very similar. Banchero can be the centerpiece of an offense, but theres no room in our offense to develop his style of play. Orlando imo is better off with banchero bc hes more alpha male than jabari or chet
