Ingredients for chettinad chicken :-
Chicken - 1/2 kg
coriander - 3 tablespoon
fennel seed - 1 tablespoon
cumin - 1 tablespoon
pepper - 1 tablespoon
dry Chilli - 7
star anise - 1
clove - 3
gingelly oil - 3 + 4 tablespoon
onion - 1
tomato - 2
coconut - 1/2 grind
anise - 1/4 tablespoon
dry Chilli - 2
curry leaves - few
small onion - 150grm
ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon

Just now tasting this chicken curry. Tried now. Very tasty. Different taste not like regular curry. But little spicy. We can add less dry chillies if we are not eating very spicy. Otherwise taste is amazing.
