Whenever I listen to this I hear the heart of man, I hear the undertone of harmonized decay with love athirst for the wine of love. I hear the beauty of a world that needs to find it's way back to sanity. Rusanda, you bring beauty to a world full of latent despair, but beauty all the same.... It's wonderful!

I'm sure he did talk to you. However, he forgot to tell you to remind Rusanda to mention the fact that Chevaliers de Sangreal was written by Hans Zimmer for the movie The Da Vinci Code (the end of the movie). That's a significant detail. Other than that, for the record, "own version" means a different arrangement. This is a rendition of the original song, and, Rusanda, it is beautiful. That all that matters in the end.

Last year I saw you playing in the Hans Zimmer live concert in Barcelona, to this day I still think that the sound of you playing the violin was the most beautiful thing I have ever heard in this world.Everytime you played I couldn't help but cry because of how beautiful it was! I lay my 1.5 year old daughter down for a nap this morning and, I put on your new release. My daughter lay still and listened to the song. when it was over she said "again". During the second time she fell asleep. 👌 Amazing version. 🙌👍

That's because it is an iconic piece of music by a true modern master, Hans Zimmer is a genius, the way he is able to write music to capture the mood of a movie is sometimes breathtaking. And there is a good reason why he has chosen Rusanda as his first violinist, she extracts every ounce of emotion in this piece.

When I first heard you play this on the Live From Prague DVD, I found it so compelling. Seeing this performance today, and listening to how beautifully you play, all I can say is how very deeply your music has moved me. You play the melody with such intensity and passion that the emotion is almost overwhelming. Stefan, as ever, has done yet another astounding job of the visuals. You make an amazing team.

I have listened to this score at least 200+ times from several world reknowned symphony orchestras and to be quite honest, your violin cover plucked that very same spot deep in my soul that has made me realize this score in the musical personification of "complete devotion to one's oath/duty" and not just in a military sense...
