Chevron deference allows duly elected individuals to delegate; this is a software development channel so everything I explain is going to be in the context of software . If you dont like software this may not be the channel for you.

Things change fast, when I said that I was under the impression that the originally scheduled court date for Trumps sentencing for his 34 felonies is going to happen that date, but he literally filed paperwork after I posted this to try to push it out so it’s going to happen two weeks later. I’m just going to have to deal with the bots for a few more weeks.

Thank you for sharing this information about "Chevron Deference." I have an old version of Black's Law Dictionary from 1991 and the term "Chevron Deference" cannot be found. Unless it is referred to under a different term, it's not there. That to me is interesting. By the way, you might want to rethink you position on Chevron Deference.
