In this recipe, I am taking the sugar cookie recipe I have developed and kicked it up a few notches. It has cocoa. Not just any cocoa, it's a Dutch processed cocoa powder. The result is a rich, dark, intense chocolate flavor, which is fantastic for this recipe. Yum!!!! Super tasty!!

That is why I love this cookie for its delicious chocolate flavor, and amazing texture. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.
CHEWY CHOCOLATE SUGAR COOKIES
🥐5 and 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
🍫1 cup Dutch Process cocoa powder
🥖2 tsp baking soda
🍞1 tsp baking powder
🧂1 tsp Kosher salt
🧈2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
🌰4 cups light brown sugar
🥚4 whole large eggs
🍦4 tsp Vanilla Extract
☕4 Tbsp brewed espresso, room temperature
