Woah buddy LOL :) Come with facts bro. I know for a fact the apartment I showed were 8000 Baht a month which is actually 250 USD a month. Then also FOR FACT my filmmaker Anthony who actually shot and edited this video just signed 6-month contract at the " luxury upscale apartment with large pool for 11,000 baht a month which $346 a month. I got no reason to lie these places don't pay me. You might just get ripped off. So check the facts bro. Smile more too. PS. when I rented 1 bedroom there for mike I paid 15,000 baht a month since it 2-month contract only and thru an agent. PLUS a quick google search for apartment websites in chiang mai will tell you the same. CHILL BRO *Jubril .

My wife and her family will be there next month, our hotels are already booked but this is some epic advice none the less. Especially the bit about the SIM cards, that was something I wasn’t sure about yet... are these sims available at the airports? Also to, just curious on what gimbal was being used for all those smooth pans in the camera work ? 🙏

It's not a fantasy there are thousands of DN's living in Chiang Mai. The government wants and needs them, hence the reason every time there is a raid all the people with income from outside Thailand never get in trouble. Its free outside money coming in the country why would anyone put a stop to that? If you guys want to be bitter rats at least focus on the old, fat, drunk men that go to Pattaya. Shouldn't even hate on them, but at least it would make sense unlike hating on people doing good for the economy and local people. My guess is you guys tried making money online and could not do it. So now you sit here and hate on those that do.

Ok well, I am not going to argue with strangers on the internet. Best of luck to you. I will say I came across Johny's videos around 4 or 5 years ago they got me excited about traveling and working online. Never did the drop shipping thing but do have a successful marketing agency that has allowed me to make money and travel to 63 countries. Does not feel like a scam to me. The scam to me seems more like go to college put yourself in $100k worth of debt, buy a house you can't afford and get married.

I just enjoy their content. Never bought a course from any of them. I have an AdWords agency similar business model to what Jabril does with Facebook and it's a legit business. I am sure Jabrils course is good I have spent around 100k on business courses and its paid me 100 times over. I use their affiliate links at no cost to me when they recommend something cool like the microphone I got through Johny's link. Plenty of people to move out to Chiang Mai and live the "DN fantasy" very successfully. I have seen it first-hand many times. Obviously, I get when they stay in fancy hotels or fly first class it helps them sell things but so what. It's no different than the real estate agent who drives a nice car. I know what they are doing I just don't care or see anything wrong with it.
