3 inch barrel is a must

On the unique design of the revolver, specifically the fact that the barrel is aligned to the bottom of the cylinder, that was a specialty of the designer, Emilio Ghisoni, who also designed all the Mateba revolvers, all of which have this lower chamber firing style. I myself unfortunately do not own any of the Mateba revolvers, however I did have the privilege to fire a Unica-6 Auto-revolver, as well as my own 40DS Rhino, and I can state they are some of my favorite revolvers to use on the range. I believe he himself began designing revolvers because he was a competition shooter, and although I am not one I can certainly vouch for their accuracy with my own experience with his firearms. I would wish to see more target revolvers designed like this, but unfortunately the Rhino was his last design before he passed away in 2008.

You forgot to explain about the moon clips with Chiapas revolvers.

That thing you keep calling the "hammer" is not the hammer. It's the cocking lever. You are correct in that the actual hammer is internal.

Is there a way to decock it in single action?

Who knew a gimmick gun could become so popular? Sights just way to high from bore line for me. But… to each his own!
