Companies are only responsible for an employees actions while performing their duties. Pulling a gun is not within the scope of their duties and therefore the company is not liable. However, they will likely try and settle out of court for the potential cost of a going to trial over it. It's amazing to me how many people are so clueless about a companies liabilities for what their employees do. No company has full 100% control of anyone. People are still free to make their own decisions to defy company policies and companies are protected from these violations.

In order to qualify for the plea in the first place it can't be considered a violent crime against citizens. So the prosecutor has broken the law by allowing and circumventing the qualifications of the "plea agreement process". The prosecutor and the judge should be immediately removed for derelict of duty and miss representation of the public, putting the law abiding civilians in direct undo harm.

That is what we in the know call "black privilege".
