Often in trauma, patients do indeed fear for others, as they feel they are in such a bad situation and don't know how bad it is - it might even be totally fine- that they fear for others. After all, if you love someone or they are your friend, you would be worried.

As a firefighter....i cant watch this without pausing it at how wrong they do it (i dont know what certain words mean in english as i am german so sont come for me) 1. Why do they need the big truck with the ladder? you dont use it for car crashes 2. Why does everyone just get out of the truck? No one told you...usually the leader in that case the chief goes and takes a look at the situation, then you get out, get a partner and do what youre assigned to do. 3. WHERE IS YOUR OXYGEN BOTTLE. You dont go near a fire without one. 4. CLOSE.YOUR.JACKET 5. Stabilize the cars when working on them...if they move just slightly it can cause damage the patient 6. When cutting open a car, do it together, close your jacket, put a blanket over the patient and use your visor 7. Stop with the overall hectic, it will make it worse for everyone

@marakealtfrau6289 because blood supply could be compromised by leaving a broken leg as it was one bad bump over a pothole during transport could cut the femoral artery, causing death within seconds it's safer and smarter to set a broken bone and secure it for transport

I'm sorry but paramedic are not trained to re-locate bones especally one at a 90 degree and this scene would have lots more paramedics and trauma doctors to treat these seriously injured victims.

Every heard of the twisting of time in film/TV. By your logic you think some people will think that people can fall in love, get married, get pregnant, have a child grow old and die, all within the 90-120 minutes of film. Or leave home, get through airport security, travel from NY to LA, get off plane, collect baggage and have a holiday, all within the 90-120 minutes of a film. Noone thinks that things shown on film/TV are real time.

@nycot107 true...they also made a few mistakes, mainly concerning safety but yeah...yesterday we had a small accident, took us like 2 hours but it was probably the most bizarre thing we ever had 😂 I didn't catch all of it because I was a bit late and I'm only 17 so I gotta stay away, still had to wait 2h in the rain for nothing 😂
