We were there last month, great service, delicious food and Jim does treat everyone there like royalty, he gave my kids some cookies right before we left. Great guy!

Its a mix of Grande and Cucina Andolina whole milk mozzarella..both premium Wisconsin cheeses. After 20 years in business and 15 million in sales, its safe to say you dont know squat Sue.

I'm sorry for you but nobody in Italy puts any vegetable in the sauce for pizza. for us it is a sort of insult. there is only one pizza, the pizza marinara that you put the garlic. in a few pizzas the oregano is put. but never put themselves in the preparation of the sauce. mi dispiace per voi ma nessuno in italia mette nessun vegetale nel sugo per la pizza. per noi è una sorta di insulto. c'è solo una pizza, la pizza marinara che si mette l'aglio. in poche pizze si mette l'origano. ma mai si mettono nella preparazione del sugo

Every fresh-off-the-boat Italians always got a bone to pick regarding pizzas made in the US or any other countries that isn't Italy. I smell utter jealousy when they're watching how New York and deep dish pizzas are made!

Lol you have a problem with Italians judging an Italian thing? You wanna know a pizza I can guarantee you blows this one away? Gigio’s.. a ways down broadway. The owner is Italian.. it makes a huge difference
