Soon it's Carnival and what could be more typical than CHIACCHIERE or as they are called in other areas FRAPPE, CENCI OR CROSTOLI...
Chiacchiere reign supreme, there is no house where you can't smell the smell of fried food!
The name changes but more or less the shape and the fragrance is this! They are VERY THIN sheets of pasta rolled out as thin as possible and fried for an EXTRAORDINARY result. You can admire them in the video!
VERY GOOD, VERY LIGHT they practically melt in your mouth, if you listen to the video you can feel the crumbliness!

🌡️ They should be fried in already hot oil, test by placing a piece of dough, as soon as you see that it rises to the surface and fries well the oil is ready for frying!
📝Ingredients
200 g 00 flour
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sweet vegetable cream
1 tablespoon of “Grappa” liqueur or other liqueur of your taste
1 tablespoon of yellow liqueur (such as “Strega”) or other liqueur of your taste
1 pinch Salt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Seed oil for frying (I prefer peanut or sunflower seeds)
Powdered sugar
