3 жыл бұрынChicken adobo is a popular Filipino dish. In this video I will teach you how to cook my own improvised chicken adobo recipe.
Ingredients:
1.5 kg chicken (whole)
4 tbsp oil
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp pepper corn
1 tsp ground pepper
1tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup of water
1/2 tsp salt
Chicken cube (optional)

Squid Adobo (𝘈𝘥𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘵 in Tagalog), one of the several traditional native adobo dishes here in the Philippines (others are Pork Adobo, Chicken Adobo, 𝘈𝘥𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘒𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘬𝘰𝘯𝘨, 𝘈𝘥𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘵𝘢𝘺, &c.), also tastes like heaven. You should try it, it's one of my favorite dishes here. 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
