Maryam u r doing very well and u make food according to your ease and this is the best thing.. Keep it up..

I tried many recipes over the years, but your recipe was amazing. Blessings! :)

I first marinate chicken with yogurt , garlic ginger paste , biryani masala , imli or lemon and then keep it for 15 mins meanwhile I stir fry the pyaaz then add gg paste again and then tamato paste after the masala is ready I add the marinade and then sauté is for good 30 mins and when your oil is on the surface you know it’s done and in the masala I like to add salt red chili powder some whole garam masala and some pissa masala and podina imli or lemon some curry leaves and dhania powder it gives amazing taste lekin sab balance kerna perhta hai and then masala is ready phir rice rekhe saath hi to boil usme zeera aur thoray se whole garam masala daal ker 80% boli kia and then first oil then masala layer then rice layer repeat and end me khewra water ke saath rung mix kerke I add on before dum and bus your biryani is ready ! Try it

We even had the leftovers for lunch today :D Also, even though I wasn't wearing white my clothes have stained because I dropped the salan wala spoon on the floor which splashed salan on the floor and on my clothes and now my clothes are stained with haldi.
