Let's try something different with our burritos today. Instead of the usual flatbread, why not fill a freshly-made dough with some chopped vegetables and crispy chicken strips? This mouthwatering pocket is stuffed with chicken, diced onions, chili, cheddar, and mascarpone cheese, then fried in a pan and served immediately. It's generously portioned, so you can even share it with your dinner companions if you feel like it.

I agree with Don. Do not decide who Gordon Ramsay is based on the Hell’s Kitchen show. Watch him cook with kids, for his family, and in other countries. He’s a completely different person!

Tried this with Colby Jack instead of cheddar for my wife and she loved it! Great recipe. Also, we had to use Fresno chiles and they were very mild, use jalapeños if you want spicy.

You guys have made some fantastic looking burritos but I have to say for me, this is the best one yet. When you cut it open at the end it looked fantastic. Everything about this was absolutely gorgeous….the burrito….the scenery….and that shot of my favourite chef with his beautiful blue eyes :) Once again I thank you and I send you love as always :* :*

Hola Alex. te sigo desde hace unos 3 años, siempre me ha sorprendido tanto la cocina y recetas de Boki como tu trabajo de camarógrafo y editor. Sin embargo en estos últimos 5-6 videos he notado algo que para mi como espectador no me ha gustado y creo que degrada la calidad de vuestro trabajo bonito, original y único ; la iluminación artificial. vuestro trabajo siempre ha sido natural y orgánico, pero esa iluminación fuerte y fría rompe esa armonía (imagínate a Boki usando un microondas), tal vez debería ser una iluminación más suave, cálida o nula. Solo soy un fan y esto es una crítica constructiva no con malas intenciones. Gracias por hacernos disfrutar tanto de la comida. Cami y Leo
