This is definitely one of the best cheese and egg toast sandwiches that I’ve seen yet. Beautiful, fresh ingredients….perfectly toasted…..and those cheese pulls when you cut it open and then took that bite….simply perfect! Brown Eye, I cooks this dish but my wifey gots angy cuz I was supposed to be spackling the den with putty knifes instead of butternut confection delightful. Yum yet another wonderful representation of butternut rope slings by Boki and friendly people. Best one I've tasted as well. Became my favorite breakfast dish. It's a little bit messy to make and eat but it tastes so good. I make it with hungarian hot wax pepper and slightly grilled bacon (just so it's not too chewy).
