Onion 1
Garlic 1 bulb
Ginger 1 inch
Green chili 8 to 10
Chopped coconut 2 tbsp
Pepper seeds 1/2 tbsp
Roasted gram 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cloves 4
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Grated coconut 3 tbsp
Mint leaves handful
Coriander handful
Add Little water and blend into fine paste.
Chicken Gravy --
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken 500 gm
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Rock Salt 1 tbsp
Green masala paste
Water 300 ml
To get a thick gravy, cook until the water reduces and oil starts to separate.
