I really enjoyed this as a snack while I cook and sell fry bread at the market. I already have the oil and dough set up. The raisins are a nice touch.

Hi chef Sheilla, i was able to make your empanada, although may dough was to tough to knead maybe i lack butter in it, but still it turned out delicious, hope the next time I'll get it right. Thank you for the recipe!

Your aesthetics are great, but at 3 minutes in I COULD NOT listen to that short, repetitive tune anymore, nevermind 19 minutes of it! Then I take the shortcut to your unresponsive website to get the recipe. I gave up completely after 4 minutes of loading and trying.
