🍽Ingredients for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo:
►2 lbs Chicken Breast
►3/4 lbs fettuccine pasta (or angel hair or vermicelli pasta)
►1 lb white mushrooms thickly sliced
►1 small onion finely chopped
►3 cloves garlic minced
►3 1/2 cups half and a half *
►1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
►1 tsp sea salt or to taste, plus more for pasta water
►1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
►3 Tbsp olive oil divided
►1 Tbsp butter
*To substitute half and half, use equal parts of milk and heavy cream

I just made this it was soooooooooo good!!!! I just added cheese when it was time to add the cream I used heavy whipping cream because it was what i had on hand! No biggie that’s the beauty about cooking you customize it to your liking love your dishes thank you ❤️ God bless your family!

@@zahraaconnor687 Hello, I just used Mexican style shredded cheese thats all I had. I used around roughly 1/2cup honestly you just put as much as you want depending on how cheesy you want to make it! hope that helps!

I like it how you describe the amounts of salt and pepper and fresh parsley. Ppl usually just write 'to taste'. But ppl like me who are New to these dishes need to know the amount. Thanks. I never tried fettuccine Alfredo before. The pasta served in the restaurants is so cheesy...I don't like parmesan. Now I'm going to make just bcuz of your noncheesy and easy version of the recipe. It’s hard to put into words just how delicious this dish was. My whole family LOVED it, which is extremely rare. I didn’t have half & half, so I substituted w/equal parts heavy cream and milk. Still came out perfect. 😘 🤌 Thank you for sharing it with us!

My go to alfredo recipe. I add heavy cream, no one uses half and half from where I'm from and I add parmesan and a slice of cheddar... So delish 😋. Thank you Natasha. Your recipes always work out for me and i Absolutely love that you post your recipe in your description box. So thank you.
