Chicken Girem Mirem by Chef Rego from Goa

There are a lot of recipes of chicken out there, but this one is a simple Goan favourite. Girem mirem is what a Goan would say is sufficient to make any dish stand out. Do try out this recipe and let me know if you like it.

Chef this is an awesome dish and we do cook it at home as a kerala special dish the only difference is at last when u added crushed pepper I also add dry roasted cumin crushed to it so it is more fragrant as the name goes

Omg chef u just said something smart that i always did ...that is reserving the bones to make stock . Extra stock i would freeze for another time . That stock could be used later for soups or curries. Good to hear that i was doing it right 😁
