Nothing is better than a nice hot bowl of soup on a cold Winter day. If you are like me, then you will really enjoy Olive Garden's chicken and gnocchi soup. It's my favorite Italian soup every time I go, but I don't live close to one so I created this soup. It taste exactly like theirs and I don't need to go anywhere. This delicious soup is a great dinner for my cold nights, and it doesn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes to make. Even if you have never had Olive Garden you should still try this soup.

The ingredients you will need are:
*Gnocchi Pasta - 2/3 cup (or as needed)
*Boneless Chicken - 1 can /10 oz (or as needed)
*Butter - 2 Tbsp
*Flour - 2 Tbsp
*Chicken Broth - 2 Cups
*Half N' Half - 1 Cup
*Cut Celery - 1/3 cup (or as needed)
*Grated Carrots - 1/3 cup (or as needed)
*Roughly Cut Spinach - 1/3 cup (or as needed)
*Nutmeg Powder - 1-2 pinch
*Garlic Powder - 1 1/2 tsp (or as per your taste)
*Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp (or as per your taste)
*Onion Powder - 1 1/2 tsp (or as per your taste)
*Salt - to taste
*Parmesan Cheese - As needed (if you like it in your soup).
Any ingredient that doesn't have a quantity is measured to your taste. You can put any ingredient as much or as little as you want, skip the ingredient, or add extra ingredients to make it yours.
