So Tatyana, my wife and I were with our grown children were on Cape Cod week before last, and I finally got to try this recipe with cod and OMG! It was absolutely incredible! It's a real wonderful variation on the traditional New England "chowdahs" and for my money, has them beat! My family loved it! And what was not to love!? Tatyana, I wanted to comment and let you know that at long last I finally got around to trying this recipe and OMG! This is got to be the best soup I've ever eaten! Not kidding! It is so much like a chowder-rich, not too thick, so creamy-a wonderful mix of deep flavor but not too intense. We live out East and spend time each summer up on Cape Cod-I'm going to sub the chicken out and replace it with some cod. It is going to be incredible-better than the best you can buy at any restaurant. The spinach is just such an inspiration! Absolutely a blue ribbon, virtuoso offering Tatyana! Well done! Good Day Chef. Perfect timing for this recipe with the fall/winter season upon us. Those Gnocchi made me think of my Grandma, Nonna in Italian. She would come over and make them by hand for the whole family, 100's of them. You are a Parmesan cheese lover like me. One of my favorite smells when I was still working was the smell of a freshly split of a wheel of Regiano. Try fried Gnocchi with Honey, delicious. Have a Blessed, Beautiful and Delicious Day. I didn't get good ones at Whole Foods like you I got mine at the $1 store, imported from Italy, and did it as a joke but they are good. They will clump up at first, don't shake them, they will eventually separate. While warm toss in Honey 🍯. Fry 5 min. Hope you give it a try. Pleasure as always. Ciao Bella 🌷🌷🌷
