In this video, I will be sharing my experience of cooking ‘Chicken Handi’ recipe along with my childhood friend Kailas Mashankar at my hometown Akola. Chicken Handi
Ingredients for marinating chicken
Chicken - 1 kg
Degi Chili powder - 1 ½ Tsp
Turmeric-1 Tsp
Salt - 3/4th tsp
Curd- 7 to 8 Tsp
Other ingredients-
Chopped Onions- 4
Tomato chopped- 2
Garlic-15 to 17 pods
Ginger- 3 inches
Green chill- 7 to 8
Coriander chopped
Groundnut Oil- 8 to 10 Table spoons
Whole Garam masala-
3 bay leaf/1 Star anise/ 4 to 5 green cardamom/1/2 tsp black pepper/4 cloves
Salt-1 Tea spoon
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
Degi chili powder- 2 Tsp
Coriander powder- 2 Tsp
Cumin powder- 1 ½ Tsp
Garam masala powder- 2 Table spoons
Kasoori methi- 1 Tsp
Water- 500 to 600 ml
