I never thought of preparing chicken kelaguen this way. It's much healthier, faster and easier your way. No grilling over wood or charcoal, so that means no cancer causing carcinogens and no black char on the meat No skin means no fat. No bones, no skin, no having to grate fresh coconuts, so that really means less work and less time consuming. Plus, boiling means the chicken remains all white and more moist. Good modern alternative to the Traditional method.. Thanks for sharing.

Music is annoying. Would love to hear what's being said during video. Get rid of music or turn it way down. It is a needless distraction.

Sorry, but using boiled chicken is not one of the ways to make tasty or authentic chicken kelaguen!

No disrespect but lemon does not cook off bacteria. It does tenderize it, but will not kill off bacteria or parasites. Trust me, from someone who loves eating fish, chicken, beef kelaguen, I found this to be disappointing. You can still eat it that way if you choose but you are not protected against the above mentioned as you would by thoroughly cooking over heat.
