With a Reqteq smoker, you can just turn the knob down and get the temperature you want.

Smoke at 225 until the reach 165 internal. Boom, you're welcome.

This is BRUTAL. It's like listening to a woman talk about her shitty stupid day. 40 minutes is TOOOOOOOOOOOOO long. Half a marvel movie for a recipe video? Really?
