coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
pepper corns 1 tspn
1 big cardamom
green cardamom 12
clove 8
cinnamon sticks 4
fennel seeds 1 tspn
nutmeg ¼ piece
mace 2 piece
chicken
chicken 1800gm
Mandi masala powder 2 tablespoon
red food colour
ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
red chilli powder 3 tablespoon
salt 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder 1 tspn
juice of 2 lemon
olive oil 2 tablespoon
mandi rice
rice 1 kg
cooking oil ½ a cup
onion 2 medium sized
red chilli powder ½ tspn
turmeric powder ½ tspn
salt 1 tablespoon
green chillies 4
mandi masala powder 2 tablespoon
chicken stock cubes 2
black Lemon 2
water 1 litre
2 charcoal piece
garnish it with some fried dry Fruit
