Cinnamon sticks - 6 small
Nutmeg - 1 piece
Mace - 1
Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoom
Lemon - 1
Saffron strands - 5 pinches
Salt
OIL - FOR FRYING
BASMATI RICE
Oil - 1/2 cup
Onion - 2
Mandi powder
Green chillies - 4 to 5
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Chicken stock cubes - 2

Really just wow. Made this dish for sehri today. It's like finger licking.. Much better than restaurant. And the chutney was also very tasty.. This is the first time i have made this. And yes!! It's a hit. This is must try dish. A big thanks to u for sharing this recipe. Ur keema samosa recipe is also awesome. I have made it with chicken keema and stored it for whole month of Ramazan..samosa stuffing is really super delicious.
