INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE MASALA:
Coriander Seeds= 2 tbsp
Black Pepper= 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds= 2 tbsp
Black Cardamom= 4
Green Cardamom= 10
Cumin Seeds= 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tbsp
Whole Kashmiri Red Chilly= 7
FOR THE MARINATED:
Boneless Chicken= 2 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
FOR THE TADKA:
Clarified Butter= 1 cup
Cinnamon Stick= 4
Bay Leaf= 6
Royal Cumin Seeds= 2 tbsp
Onion= 4
Chicken= 2 kg
Tomato= 3
Green Chilly= 7
Masala
Basmati Rice= 1 kg
Water As For Needed
Salt= 2 tbsp
