Chicken Piccata - Simple, Easy, Delicious, Italian!

Ingredients:
3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
salt, pepper
Thinly sliced chicken breasts, 4
all purpose flour
4-5 gloves garlic, diced
1 shallot, diced
1 stick of butter, cubed
4 TBSP fresh flat leaf parsley
1.5 cup chicken stock
1 cup dry white wine
3 TBSP rinsed capers
2 large lemons, 1 juiced, 1 sliced
1/2 pound pasta of choice
1 cup reserved pasta water

Looks great! The sauce also works well with tilapia or flounder over some rice, to switch things up a little bit

Looks good. Another one on the to try list. Sorry for your loss. Had to work on my mother's estate this past week cleaning out her house. What I miss most is not being able to talk to her. She would have turned 92 this week.
