STEAM ROAST WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients:
-Chicken 1 kg
-All spice powder 2 tbsp
-Yogurt 250 gm
-Salt 2 tsp
-Red chili powder 2 tbsp
-Turmeric 1 tsp
-Tamarind paste 1 cup
-Yellow food color 1 pinch
-Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp
-Oil for fry
-Chaat msaala 3 tbsp
Method:
Add 8 pieces of chicken in bowl. Add salt, red chili powder mix well. heat oil in pan add chicken cook for 10 minutes fry well remove and set aside. Add remaining ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Steam the chicken for 20 minutes and sprinkle the chaat masala, serve.
