1 egg
Corn -fresh or canned
500 ml water
Chicken stock cube - chicken stock
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Msg
Cornstarch 3 tbsp - mixed 3 tbsp water
Note: Salt not sugar - a slip of the tongue on the video

Thanks Rik. I had same soup in Dubai a few times over the last week. I absolutely love this recipe. Does the poaching stop the chicken becoming a bit dry? Would chicken thigh work just as good? I really can't wait to try this!
