Recipe for: Baked Chicken Thighs with Potatoes. Delicious Lunch for the Whole Family!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Chicken legs - 4 pcs. (washed and cleaned).
Potatoes - 1 kg. (peeled).
Cow butter - 50 g.
Garlic powder - 2 tsp.
Salt.
Pepper.
Paprika.
White wine - 100 ml.
Water - 100 ml.
Oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes into wedges about a finger thick and place them in a baking dish. Arrange the chicken thighs on top. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and oil. Rub all the spices well.
Add the white wine and water to the pan. Spread the butter in small lumps on top and the dish is ready to go into the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 1 hour.
