The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association is criticizing Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty’s statements on Monday, when she announced her office was dropping the charges against Minnesota State Trooper Ryan Londregan in the shooting death of Ricky Cobb II.

She needs to retire. if not then fired. Let's educate the public on how to behave and listen to law enforcement. This is the real issue. That trooper should file a lawsuit for wrongful charges against him and discrimmation against law enforcment. Defamation of character.

Mary flew over my house in a house with balloons attached, she looked very angry. She had a chubby they/them with her. It was cartoonish.

Where can I view this video ? I have viewed what I have found and I not seeing it. What I heard was the officer felt , thought ,and feared that the victim might reach for the shooter's gun .

@@MrHondablink I do not ever want to hear, "he should have complied" re black people interacting with the police. People who say this reveal their ignorance on both the history and current statistics re police brutality AND how this history and current state of affairs induces anxiety and depression among a high percentage of black Americans. When the fight or flight response takes over, a person cannot control it.
