For Sugar Syrup,
Sugar - 2 Tbsp.
Water - 1/4 Cup (50 ml)
Salt - 1/2 Pinch
Dark Compound chocolate - 100 gm
White Compound chocolate - 50 gm
Fresh Cream - 6 Tbsp.
For Chocolate Ganache,
Fresh Cream - 75 ml
Dark Compound chocolate(grated) - 75 gm

Hi sister I am from tamil nadu I tried this cake and it was amazzzzing 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I have tried many cakes and they usually come hard but this one was really soft and moist I did a normal choco ganache cake and I skipped the truffle part but still it was amazing. I actually made it for mothers day and she loved it 😊😊😊🥰 thank u so much sister for this video 😁😁😁👍👍keep inspiring 🥰 if any one wants to try go ahead without even thinking twice
