INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 Cup
Chocolate / Coco Powder - 2 Tbsp.
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp.
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp.
Salt - 1 Pinch
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
For Chocolate Syrup
Grated Chocolate - 2 Tbsp.
Hot Milk - 2 Tbsp.
Egg - 3 Nos.
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp.
Sunflower oil - 3/4 Cup (150 ml)
Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp.
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup (50 gm)
Water -1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 Pinch
For making Chocolate whipping cream
Whipping cream - 3 Tbsp
Grated chocolate - 3/4 Cup (75 gm)
Whipping cream - 2 Cup (400 ml)
For making Chocolate Ganache,
Grated Dark compound - 250 gm
Butter - 2 Tbsp.
Amul Fresh cream - 250 ml
Sugar - 4 Tbsp.

ഇന്നലെ ഞാൻ ചോക്ലേറ്റ് കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി. കിടിലൻ ടേസ്റ്റ്, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ചോക്ലറ്റ് ഗാനാ ഷിനു. ഇത്രയും ടേസ്റ്റ് ഉള്ള കേക്ക് ഞാൻ കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ല 🌹🌹🌹

ആദ്യമായിട്ട് udakkiya cake ആണ് ഇത്, എല്ലാവർക്കും വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന cake ഇത്രയും taste ഉണ്ടാവും എന്ന് പ്രേധിക്ഷിച്ചതെ ഇല്ല 🤤!! Eppol ഇതാ ഈ cake തന്നെ വീണ്ടും ക്രിസ്തുമസിന് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു....😋

Chechi ഒരുപാടു നന്ദി 😘😘ഞാനും ഉണ്ടാക്കി ചേച്ചിടെ കേക്ക് ....no words to say....I'm double happy ❣️....സത്യം പറഞ്ഞ നന്നാവും എന്ന ഒരു expectations ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ഇതു നന്നാവണം എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചിട്ടു start ചെയ്തു ....measurement cup ഒന്നും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു ....teacup കൊണ്ട് adjust ചെയ്തു 😎....but cake perfect ആയിരുന്നു ....കിടിലോസ്‌കി ... സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ 6-8 കേക്ക് njn ഈ lockdown timil ഉണ്ടാക്കി ...എല്ലാം flop ആയിരുന്നു 😑ഇനി ഉണ്ടാക്കില്ല വിചാരിച്ചതാ ....അങ്ങനെ ആണ് ചേച്ചിടെ video കാണുന്നെ cake കണ്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ആക്കാൻ തോന്നി 🥰....Icing ചെയ്യാൻ എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ....dark chocolate kittiyilla but light chocolate വെച്ച് adjust ചെയ്തു 🥰....taste adipoli ആയിരുന്നു ....time taking process ആണേലും end process success ആയാൽ നമുക്ക് അതുമതി 🥰🥰എല്ലാർക്കും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു ....അതുപോലെ ചേച്ചിടെ this video link ചോദിച്ചു ഒരുപാടുപേർ ....എല്ലാർക്കും send ചെയ്തു 😍....ഒരുപാടു സന്തോഷം ഇനി നാളെ തന്നെ turning table dark choclt and measurement cup വാങ്ങണം ....ഇനിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കും ❣️ ഈ comment chechi കാണുമോ അറിയില്ല എന്നാലും THANK UH SO MUCH CHECHI😍🥰 ചേച്ചി ഇനിയും cake videos ഇടണം waiting ❣️
