Great question! There isn't really one place that says those words exactly. I am taking an overall concept that we know to be true. For instance, we know that we are children of God (John 1:12, Romans 8:14, 2 Corinthians 6:18, 1 John 3:1), and we know that God gives us His Spirit as a sign that we are sealed (Ephesians 1:13, 4:30, 1 Corinthians 1:21-22, 1 Peter 1:5). So I've taken both those truths and placed them into this object lesson. You could use Ephesians 1:13-14 as the key verse for this lesson because the word "sealed" in verse 13, and the word "inheritance" in verse 14 both lead us to know we are sealed as children of God. Only children (or family) will receive an inheritance, thus connecting that we are children of God. Being "sealed" means we are protected and locked in by God's Spirit. Thus both verses together might be a good one to use for this particular object lesson. Hope that helps!
