To calculate the power consumption you need to put in a power analysis, if you don't have such the calculate the ampere by clamps meter the put the formula kw = 1.73*415*I(Amps)*power factor (.85)/1000

I will come approximately 180 kw if it air cooled chiller , or if it water cooled then will 130 kw at full load

EER ratio as per BEE for 5start rating Split AC should be more than 3.5 and SEER should be 3.5 to 5

If you talking about conversion from tr to kw thermal then the 1TR =3.517 KW
